Chloé Huybens is a Belgian-born, London-based producer whose work has earned her credits with entities including BFI Network, Film 4 and Ffilm Cymru. Her films have screened at BAFTA and BIFA qualifying festivals, picking up Best Comedy Short and Audience awards. As a foreigner who has made the UK her home, Chloé is drawn to culturally particular stories that resonate widely, and aims to champion filmmakers with tonally ambitious ideas, getting them into the rooms they deserve.

Stoemp Productions is named after a traditional Belgian dish. Driven by curiosity and a fascination with the complexities of the human experience, its films are bold and distinctive, rooted in cultural specificity, emotional honesty and a warm, quietly rebellious approach to storytelling.
